Return & Refund Policy

At Lead Custom Boxes, we strive to provide the highest quality custom packaging. Because our products are manufactured to your specific dimensions and design requirements, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-printed boxes cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect that does not match your approved digital proof:

  • Please contact our customer service team at info@leadcustomboxes.com within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will investigate the issue and, if verified, provide a replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production: You may cancel an order for a full refund before the digital proof is approved and the order is sent to the production floor.

  • After Approval: Once a custom order is in production, cancellations are not accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
