As our customer, you are solely responsible for the content you use with your products. This includes images, text, designs, and graphics. You must avoid using third-party materials unless you have written authorization.

Customer Authorization

You must follow all local rules regarding online content and avoid uploading illegal or infringing material. We do not control customer content and cannot guarantee its accuracy or quality. LeadCustomBoxes.com™ is not liable for offensive or inaccurate content posted by users.
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your account password and controlling access. Any orders placed with your account are your responsibility.
By placing an order, you grant LeadCustomBoxes.com™ a non-exclusive license to use your content for processing, design storage, and order fulfillment.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms or is deemed objectionable. We may also disclose content if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our company, customers, or the public.
Design Files
We provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution) only. For high-resolution files, please contact Support@LeadCustomBoxes.com
Customer Submitted Artwork
All artwork must be in CMYK format with at least 300 DPI resolution. We are not responsible for color changes when converting from RGB to CMYK, or for pixelated, blurry, or distorted images due to low-quality artwork.
Proofing and Matching
All print jobs require final customer approval. We send artwork proofs and specification sheets via email. Customers must review all details, including delivery dates and production speed.
What you approve in the final proof is what will be printed. Proofreading is your responsibility. LeadCustomBoxes.com™ is not liable for spelling, grammar, or design errors overlooked by the customer.
We do not guarantee exact color matching. To ensure accuracy, order a color match proof at an additional charge.
Materials
Our standard paper and card stock are not food grade. If you require food-safe materials, please notify us in writing before placing an order.
Customer Responsibility for Proofs
Customers must approve all proofs and layouts before printing. LeadCustomBoxes.com™ is not responsible for:

Incorrect sizes
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend LeadCustomBoxes.com™ and its affiliates against any claims, costs, or damages arising from your breach of these terms or from unauthorized use of third-party materials.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before production or shipping, but charges may apply depending on the stage. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Stage 1: Cancellation fee = $15 + 5% of total order

Stage 2: Minimum 20% deduction

Stage 3: Minimum 50% deduction

Stage 4: Orders cannot be cancelled
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. If we make an error, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits are offered.
Reprints
Notify us within 3 business days of delivery about any defects or missing items. At least 99% of the product must be returned (at your expense) within 10 days for replacement.
Order Shipping and Delivery
We offer the following options:

Standard: Ships within 12–15 business days (not guaranteed).

Priority: Ships within 8–12 business days (guaranteed if proof is approved before 11 AM EST).
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, shipping firms, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Holidays
We observe major holidays such as New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and others. Orders may be delayed during these times.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Our website and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
LeadCustomBoxes.com™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. You use our website and services at your own risk.
